Learning Curve of a self-taught poet
Man, web design is hard. Trying to keep up with all the new technology is damn near impossible (Yes, I just cursed. Mom and Dad, I'm sorry, but you'll have to get over it). I'm pretty frustrated because I feel like the world is moving toward CSS and Flash and I know neither. I am trying to learn CSS, but I don't understand div's yet. I'm actually starting to feel bad asking Will, Willie, etc. I know that they probably don't care as much as I think they do, but I'm sure I would be getting on my nerves if I were them.
This summer is looking better and better every day. I see time to learn both CSS and Flash, hopefully make a little money doing my HTML thing, and traveling. I can't wait to go to Ireland and get out of Stillwater, America.
Enough with the negativity...okay, maybe I'm not completely finished: I'm at the library, been here since 6.15 and will be here probably until 10.30 or 11. Two group meetings, back-to-back.
Okay, now I'm positive. Stillwater-Weddings.com is up. I don't know how to make it to where that address stays in the address bar, but I'll figure it out. Hopefully I can make a little extra cash off of it. I really like the idea and, so far, it's turned out pretty sweet.
Group meeting time!
one love.
